Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We will make every effort to process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days.  Sometimes shipping can be delayed a few days if parts are on backorder from one of our suppliers.  Expect an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way!

NOTE:  Depending on where items in your order are originating from, orders may be split into multiple shipments.  In this case, you will receive tracking information for each shipment, and items may arrive on different days.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days using UPS Ground. Flat rate shipping fees (see specific product description for applicable shipping fee) apply to orders shipping within the contiguous US.

 

NON-CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Outside of the contiguous US, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.  Shipping costs will be determined for each individual order.  Please call 888-487-7772, ext 5 if you need your order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US territory. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to Canada.  Shipping costs will be determined for each individual order.  Please call 888-487-7772, ext 5 if you need your order shipped to Canada. 

All international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Septic Genie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus [a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping costs for the return]. All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@septicgenie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
