If you change your mind within the first 15 days after purchase, prior to installation, you may return the Septic Genie.
IMPORTANT: Please call us at 888-487-7772 to start the process. Do not ship the product until you have spoken with us.
Simply return the Septic Genie and the Air Pump in their original UNOPENED boxes to:

You will receive a refund within 4 to 6 weeks. The refund will total the product purchase price you paid (less a 15% restocking fee and any repair costs to restore Septic Genie unit to new condition). Septic Genie will provide documentation of any damage. All costs of shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
